There are three rows of 2x5 pads located under the IMEI sticker.

Interesting signals:

  • OMAP JTAG
  • MSM JTAG
  • Serial (likely UART3)

Note that the IO voltage is 1.8V, several (cheap) JTAG adapters are not compatible; level conversion is required.
